Disclaimer

All registration fees, sponsorships, and donations are nonrefundable. Should the Event be postponed by the Club due to inclement weather before play has begun, all payments received will be transferred to an agreed upon, rescheduled date. If a rescheduled date is not agreed upon, or the club cancels after play has begun, all fees, sponsorships, and donations will be forfeited. A maximum of 164 players will be allowed to play. Any registrants after the 164th player will be placed on a waitlist. All waitlisted players will receive a refund of their registration fee (excluding sponsorships, donations, and processing fees) if they are not contacted to play. Those players placed on the waitlist will be contacted on a first-come-first-served basis if spots become available.
